Gift Card Terms & Conditions:
- This Ultra Gift Card is valid for a single transaction only.
- If the order value is less than the card value, the remaining amount will not be refunded or adjusted.
- This gift card is valid for delivery within Dhaka City only.
- The physical gift card must be handed over to the deliveryman after receiving the products.
- Delivery is subject to stock availability.
- Any additional cost exceeding the value of this card must be paid by the redeemer.
- Order can’t be delivered without the physical card. Note that, gift card cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen.
- Ultra reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
