Procedure for Return / Exchange

You can notify us any time before the product’s expiry date if you face any issue with the product. Requests made after the expiry date has passed will not be eligible for return or exchange. If your request meets the required conditions, you may initiate the process by contacting our Customer Service.

Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Check whether your request meets the return or exchange conditions.
Step 2: Contact Ultra Customer Service via Messenger, phone or email to submit your complaint or request.
Step 3: Provide your order details including order number, purchase date, and the issue faced.
Step 4: Our support team will guide you through the required verification process.
Step 5: Your request will go through a verification and quality check process.
Step 6: If approved, your products will be replaced, corrected, or reissued accordingly.


Conditions of Return / Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made any time before the product’s expiry date.
  • The product must not be fully consumed. If the product has been partially consumed, it may still be considered for investigation and exchange. However, no exchange or return will be possible if the product has been completely consumed..
  • The request must include valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.
  • Any issue such as spoiled or damaged products must be reported with proper proof. Please record a video while unboxing the package. (If the issue is caused by delivery handling)
  • If the gift card has already been redeemed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ultra reserves the right to reject any request if the gift card/product has been used, altered, or reported after the allowed period.


Refund Terms

Refunds are applicable only if an order cannot be fulfilled or if there is a verified system or payment issue.

  • Bank Transfer: Within 7-10 Working Days
  • MFS or Card Reversal: Within 7-10 Working Days
