No. An Ultra Gift Card can only be used once and must be redeemed in a single purchase. Split orders are not allowed.
If your total order amount exceeds the gift card value, you will need to pay the remaining amount through Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery.
Please record a video while unboxing the package as proof. If the issue is not caused by delivery handling, share the product details and the unboxing video with our support team through Messenger or email for further assistance.
